Our hybrid working policy means you can balance office and home working with site visits and meetings at other National Trust places. We’ll talk about this in more detail at interview, but you should expect to be at a National Trust site for 40–60% of your working week.This is a senior management role, working across the full breadth of the Trust’s work, but with a particular focus on Curation & Experiences and Growing Support, leading our regional team of Experience and Partnership Curators, Parks and Gardens Consultants and regional Marketing Communications Consultants. You’ll manage and deploy your team, making sure things get done at pace, and you’ll broker the right resources from the right people, locally and nationally, to ensure this happens.
