About the role:
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the academic and social development of children with complex needs. Your responsibilities will include:
Working 1:1 or in small groups to support pupils with SEN in their learning and development.
Managing and de-escalating challenging behaviours in a positive and nurturing way.
Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to implement tailored educational plans for each child.
Creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
