Have you managed Field based Engineers?
A national player within the Commercial Laundry Equipment market is seeking a Field Service Manager for the North of England region.
The Role
As a Regional Service Manager, home based and managing the region, you will be managing a team of circa 15-20 engineers who undertake the service & repair of Commercial Laundry Appliances.
Managing your region, you will drive the service operation forward by introducing new initiatives, efficiencies & KPI's, monitoring SLA’s, whilst utilising your engineering knowledge & experience to provide technical & hands-on support to your field-based team.
The Candidate
To be considered for this role you must possess:
* Engineering Field Management experience (experience of managing field engineers)
* Ideally an Engineering or Electrical background, whilst Laundry Equipment, White Goods, or Catering Equipment experience would be an advantage - although not essential
* Experience of managing remotely based field engineers & client-facing skills
* Effective communication skills across all levels
* Computer literate
* Full UK Driving Licence
