Job summary We are looking to recruit an Administration Manager to work with the Conwy and Denbighshire CAMHS Team. the successful candidate will manage a team of administrators and provide managerial support to enhance service delivery. Main duties of the job The post holder will be required to assist the Deputy Operations Manager, Operations Managers, Clinical Leads and Service Managers with the provision of a broad range of corporate support to the teams. This will involve monitoring waiting times, capacity and demand, identifying problem areas and working with the Operational Management Team to resolve issues and ensure a co-ordinated approach to the delivery of services.
