Cash Management (AFP's)
* Timely submission of AFP's
* Assessment of AFP sufficiency through comparison with the theoretically modelled AFP
* Production of exception reports to explain variances
* Analysis of exception reports to identify themes for improvement and minimise variances
Contract Governance and Discipline
1. Estimating and negotiating change orders throughout the construction lifecycle
2. Providing estimate and cost planning, including producing and presenting the final cost plan
3. Reconciling changes to ensure data accuracy
4. Driving engineering priorities based on cost impact
5. Managing cost checks and carrying out valuations on larger projects with timely, accurate processes
