Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team in Windsor, UK. The role requires onsite presence 3 days per week, with the flexibility to work from home 2 days a week. The successful candidate must be comfortable working US or APAC hours. You will play a pivotal role in the Access Governance and Configuration Governance for our new Property Management System. Responsibilities include managing roles and permissions, engaging closely with MyID and Security teams, and maintaining documentation. You will also be responsible for leading a team of contract resources, managing ServiceNow Request Items (RITMs), conducting configuration audits, and providing product support for early life support. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team and be at the forefront of IT governance and support.
