Our public Sector client are seeking Admin proficient staff who will be able to acknowledge / manage queries from customers about their cases on the (Single Justice line).
These enquiries can be either by inbound telephone calls or via direct email therefore staff must be fully comfortable and skilled to manage both. The ideal candidate will be expected to accurately note up cases using a case management system in place and take any necessary action required.
Those selected will receive full training and will have a knowledge bank platform in place to support with any questions/queries received by customers, Please be aware that this role and its work are targeted. The expectations of the role will be explained during a scheduled induction and support offered in one to one meetings held on a regular basis with your assigned team leader who will discuss your ongoing progress.
This role is initially for 6 months on a temporary contract but is possible to be extended beyond that and is full time 37 hrs per week.
The expected start date is 12th May 2025 with a 6-8 week training session from start so limited annual leave can be accommodated in this time
The rate of pay is £12.36ph
To confirm, this role will involve the use of telephone and so applicants must be comfortable with taking inbound calls and have an ability to communicate well in this medium.
