Responsibilities
This is a fantastic opportunity to help grow an already established subscription strategy within a fast paced and vibrant news organisation.
Responsibilities will include :
* Play a leading role in ensuring we deliver excellent customer service to print and digital subscribers across our wide portfolio of titles, both via email and over the phone.
* Help create and deliver a variety of marketing messages and strategies to ensure audience engagement as well as subscriber growth.
* To work alongside the audience team to compile, analyse and understand how subscriber data can help improve customer and business goals.
* To work as part of the wider audience team, taking an active part in weekly meetings and contributing to fresh ideas.
* Work alongside editorial and commercial teams to ensure key business objectives are met.
* Work closely with editorial supporting colleagues to enhance quality newsletters curated for our large and growing readership.
* You should be a self starter and comfortable with independent decision making as well as following direction.
What your role will entail :
This role will be based in our modern office in the heart of Inverness City Centre, although we embrace hybrid working. Employees are expected to be in the office at least 3 days a week. There will also be some requirements to visit the team in our Moray office.
