Job Description
We are hiring for a leading generics business based in Bedfordshire. They are looking for an experienced In-Licensing and portfolio sales professional to join their commercial team.
This is a newly created position due to business growth and ambitious business plans. The successful candidate will work closely and support the In-Licensing and Portfolio management Director by identifying, evaluating and securing strategic partnerships, licensing opportunities and BD deals.
This position requires a thorough understanding of the UK and EU pharmaceutical industry, regulatory requirements, and the ability to assess potential product opportunities.
This role is predominately based onsite at the European HQ in Bedfordshire. You must be located within a travelling distance to Luton.
Main Responsibilities include:
1. Identify, access, and negotiate in-licensing and portfolio development opportunities.
2. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to evaluate potential partners, product compatibility and market demand.
3. Negotiate the terms and conditions of licensing agreements ensuring they align with corporate goals and financial objectives.
4. Possess expertise in understanding regulatory and manufacturing requirements for the major regulated markets globally.
