Customer Fulfilment Advisor
Location: Elland or Mells, Frome

So, what is the role?
In this role you will support both our customers and internal and external sales teams by managing order entry and delivery activity with focused accuracy. You will ensure order detail and delivery timescales are met, escalate any on-site issues with customers or hauliers, and work to reduce order disputes by supporting the completion of orders in line with requested and confirmed delivery dates.
You will input and manage orders according to channel or product needs and work closely with the Customer Fulfillment and Logistics teams to ensure satisfaction with the service provided. You will also confirm and adjust load building to meet on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery schedules and handle any order amendments, ensuring any extra costs are flagged to internal sales. You will be the go-to person for delivery notifications and ensure everything is in place for smooth offloading at the desired destination.
You will tackle any delivery issues that arise, working with internal sales and customer fulfillment teams to improve our order process. Additionally, you will bring ideas for process improvements to your Line Manager to help us continue enhancing our operations.
What do you need to bring to the table?
* Experience within a similar Sales Operations / Customer Service role
* Eye for detail or critical thinking
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
* Proficient in the use of MS Office
* Ability to multi-task, prioritizing workload and focusing on key customer requirements
* First-rate interpersonal skills, understanding internal and external customers’ needs to develop working relationships
Desirable:
* ERP use such as SAP, AX or Salesforce
* B2B customer service experience
