Sphere Solutions is recruiting for an experienced Assistant Site Manager. You will have relevant previous site experience gained in building residential new build homes. Using specified drawings and instructions, you'll support the Site Manager with the entire construction cycle to ensure all deadlines are met and the development is built to Company and NHBC standards.
Based on site and reporting to the Site Manager, you'll assist in managing all aspects of the building site, including:
1. Health and safety issues
2. Trades and material coordination
3. Site presentation
4. Handovers
Requirements:
1. Qualified First Aider at Work
2. CSCS Card
3. SMSTS, preferably on the NHBC Site Manager Accreditation programme
