What You Can Expect
The primary focus of this role is to manage Tenders and Contracts on a day to day basis. In addition, the post holder will manage any commercially related pricing queries and any other pricing queries relating to the current contracted accounts. To control these functions within company guidelines, methods and policies.
This is a valuable role which serves a range of internal stakeholders.
How You'll Create Impact
1. To assist with the preparation and management of all Zimmer Biomet customer contracts, with the relevant Business Development Manager and Sales teams.
2. To manage all tender requests from receipt from sales team through to dispatch to the customer, ensuring all internal processes are followed.
3. Coordinate all tender responses
4. Maintain/develop database of tender responses to be used in future tender submissions
5. Ensure adherence to Pricing policy, internally escalating price changes or reductions as per PRAM, and ensuring these are compliantly presented to our customers.
6. To maintain and co-ordinate all aspects of the contracts/tenders on a day-to-day basis
7. Communicate all contract changes to all relevant parties, internal and external including professional contact with our customers.
8. To assist with the production of all tender business proposals
9. To liaise with auditors as required
10. To work with the team to create usage reports/customer
11. Achieve 100% accuracy and deadlines of tender submissions.
12. Ensure all tender notifications published are logged and disseminated within 24 hours of receipt.
13. Ensure electronic contract files are up to date for audit purposes
14. Ensuring customers are monitored for contract compliance

Your Background
22. Educated to A Level standard or equivalent
23. Business degree would be advantageous
24. Knowledge of the Orthopedic market/medical sales market is an asset
25. Experience of working with/submitting tenders
26. Experience of dealing with tenders and quotations
27. Experience with SAP and or Excel and be confident with using formulas such as Vlookups and pivot tables
28. Experience of working is fast paced/deadline orientated environment.
