Stockport Grammar School is seeking to appoint an Assistant Head (Character and Culture) from September 2025. The Assistant Head (Character and Culture) is a member of the Senior Leadership Team and takes responsibility for developing the school behavioural culture and embedding this across the school with pupils, staff and parents. This is a newly created post and offers an exciting opportunity for a current or aspiring Assistant Head to join a high performing and supportive school.
The school offers a competitive salary and enrolment into a generous contributory pension scheme. In addition, employees who have children in the school are eligible for a percentage remission of fees. Lunch is provided free of charge during term time and all staff are able to use the school’s sports facilities which includes use of the swimming pool.
