This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our innovative and dynamic Regional Business Manager team working in partnership with our South Wales / Northern Ireland dealer network. Please note you must live within this area., You would be acting as primary interface between Kia UK Limited (KUK) and its current and future network across all areas of the dealers' business and managing Region N7 (Northern Ireland) accounting for the Kia Dealerships in meeting objectively measurable business performance criteria within the region.,
* To meet and exceed Region New Vehicle Sales Volume on a Monthly, Quarterly and Annual basis
* Close liaison with Dealer Support and the General Manager - Supply Chain to ensure efficient vehicle stock management and achievement of the Stock Objectives within the defined Geographic Region
* To provide accurate Weekly Forecasting for all New Vehicle Sales Activity (both Registrations and Final Invoice) within the defined Geographic Region
* To provide accurate weekly Dealer Showroom Activity
* To submit Weekly Activity Plan and Itinerary for the following week as requested. As a result, to complete Dealer Visit Reports on Sales and submit to Line Manager within 3 working days of Dealer Visit on Template provided
* Organisation and presentation of Regional Meetings to ensure dealer understanding and commitment to specific Programmes and initiatives
* Development and recommendation of initiatives to increase New & Used Car Sales and profitability within the Dealer's Sales Department
* Focus on improving the Sales CSI score in line with objectives set by the Line Manager
* Utilisation of Territory Data with dealers to highlight specific model or territory opportunities
* Management of Regional Dealer Support Budget in conjunction with Line Manager to maximise available opportunities
* To review and share marketing best practice with Dealers in the defined Geographic Region, and ensure full support of all National Consumer Offers and Strategy
* To audit and report on the Dealers within the defined Geographic Region to ensure compliance with KUK Dealer Operating Standards as instructed
* Work with Dealer Development with regards to action plans in supporting dealer profitability using composite submission as a reference tool
* To provide information and reports as requested by the Line Manager in an efficient and timely manner
* Highlight and develop sales training needs within dealerships
* Attend personal development training courses as outlined and required to improve the results in undertaking the Job Role
* Undertake responsibilities as determined by immediate supervisor, or as directed by Departmental and KUK Senior Management Team
Educated to A Level or equivalent
* Preferable experience in similar role, but not a requisite
* Experience working remotely is desirable
* Highly numerate and PC literate. MS Office advanced (PPT/Excel)
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to interpret and present complex data
* Self-starter, motivated, driven and with a desire to learn.
* Competent Project and Stakeholder Management skills.
* Strong presentation skills
* Not afraid to ask questions
* Able to challenge people at all levels in a professional and constructive manner
