The Focus of the Role:
Within this role, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Senior Digital and Commercial Coordinator to achieve peak efficiency in daily operations.

You’ll have a hybrid work setup, meaning you’ll be in our Peterborough office some of the week and the rest working from home. There will also be occasional trips to our London office when required.
Key Responsibilities:
PA Responsibilities
1. Diary management
2. Expenses management
3. Brief teams of pre-meeting work & ensuring attendance
4. Organise travel as required
5. Office management for Digital/Commercial/B2B floor
Project Co-ordination
1. Supports co-ordination of both Commercial and Digital team projects
2. Follow up on key actions before deadlines
3. Co-ordination and support of events lead by the senior leadership team
Cultural Support
1. All hands on and social events management
2. Support on key D&I activity eg Thrive and Mental Health
3. Office moves and coordination
Manages Communication
1. Announcement planning
2. Support refining decks for key meetings
3. Enabling consistency in style for all comms
4. Confidently manages relationships and communication with key stakeholders across the Publishing business
