This exceptional setting supports students aged 10 to 18 with social, emotional, and mental health needs (SEMH), autism spectrum conditions, and other learning differences. As an SEN Cover Supervisor, you'll:
* Lead and support learning in the absence of teachers
* Build positive relationships with students to support emotional regulation
* Deliver pre-prepared work and adapt sessions to suit individual needs
* Foster engagement and model positive behaviours
* Work closely with teaching staff and support teams

Minimum Requirements:
* Experience supporting young people with additional needs is highly desirable
