Network Administrator
Contract: 3-month fixed term with possibility of extension, Full-time (39 hours per week), Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm
Location: Home based, fully remote
Salary: £24,761.88 per annum
As a Network Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of our nationwide Alcohol & Drug Testing Network. Working closely with the Associate Director and wider internal teams, you will help ensure that our network of Collection Technicians is fully equipped, trained, and supported to deliver a high-quality and compliant service to our clients.
From coordinating recruitment and onboarding activities to tracking training, audits, and reviews, you will provide essential administrative support across the technician lifecycle. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining up-to-date records, monitoring inboxes, managing documentation, and producing regular performance reports to support our ongoing quality assurance.
With a strong focus on detail and organisation, you’ll help us deliver an exceptional level of service, ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards, and contribute to the ongoing development of our network. Main Objectives
The role of Network Administrator is varied and will see you supporting in several areas critical to the success of our Alcohol & Drug Testing Network including recruitment, onboarding, monitoring on going requirements for training, audits, and general reviews. Reporting into the Associate Director – A&D Network, you will be required to provide high attention to detail in an administrative function.
Requirements For This Role
Experience in Role:
Administration experience, with familiarity in creating and editing Excel spreadsheets
Confident in talking to people over the phone
Experience in Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Data analysis such as creating dashboards and reports
Essential:
Be able to work on your own initiative with minimal supervision
React to events decisively and effectively
Experience working within Private Sector
Possess good time management skills
Be professional at all times
