We are seeking a tech-savvy Assistive Technology Assessor to join our team. This customer-facing role involves working with clients to improve their quality of life through telecare solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive to customers' homes to deliver, install, and demonstrate telecare equipment.
* Ensure accurate completion of paperwork and documentation.
* Provide excellent customer service and tailored technology support.
What We’re Looking For:
* Someone confident with technology and troubleshooting.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in both installation and paperwork.
* A personable, professional demeanor for client-facing interactions.
* A valid driver’s license and comfort with local travel.
* Ability to work light physical tasks related to equipment handling.
Schedule:
* Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8am4pm.
