As a Planning and Scheduling Coordinator, you are a vital part of our team and with operations will be responsible for ensuring the smooth Delivery of our operational team’s work. Your remit would be managing and coordinating the schedules and Streetworks to ensure efficient operations.
You thrive on being organised and enjoy the challenge of planning and scheduling. The purpose of this role is to ensure the effective Delivery of E2E processes within the designated area of responsibility. The crux of this role is maximising productivity by assigning and dispatching work to relevant teams.
What would interest you is working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the safe and efficient Delivery of the operations. This role is all about effective Planning and Scheduling to support all operational teams.
To excel in this role, you'll need to be a detail-oriented individual who is proactive and organised. This role requires an individual who is a strong communicator and can effectively manage multiple tasks.
Working with a team of operational specialists, you’ll be responsible for the successful Delivery of leakage and Capital works work from start to finish. Your remit is to liaise with customers, manage permits, and plan site surveys to ensure smooth operations.
You will be leading and coordinating the activities to support the operational teams and maximise productivity. In this role, you’ll be focusing on ensuring the Safety and efficiency of operations through effective Planning and Scheduling.
The Key Requirements...
- Previous experience in a back office support role
- Competent in the use of information technology systems
- Effective communication and customer facing experience
- Excellent organisational skills
- An understanding of NRSWA/TMA, planning and scheduling is desirable however training can be provided
