About you:
We are looking for a professional, organised, energetic and enthusiastic individual to join our team.
You should be able to provide leadership to your team members on a day to day basis, and work to a consistently high standard.
Be confident in dealing with for customer comments and complaints while on duty and handle them courteously and professionally.
Be able to provide calm and decisive leadership to the team in the event of the emergency.
About the role:
To be responsible for the day to day management and running of the leisure centre to the highest standard. This will include the active management, development and motivation of a team of operational staff; providing the highest standards of customer care and ensuring the centre operates safely and within all legislative requirements.

You will be working in collaboration with a skilled, dedicated team of managers across a varied fast paced leisure portfolio.
