We are looking for someone who can evidence strong leadership skills and able to demonstrate the ability to line manage a small team of service administrators in a busy treatment service.
You will work alongside the Administration Team, Operations Manager and numerous internal and external stakeholders to ensure the service is safe, compliant and working with organisational policy and procedure. The role will be to develop and manage the administrative team, ensuring the provision of an effective administration function within the service and area of specialism, as appropriate.
You will be responsible for taking the lead in implementing and maintaining the best use of administrative resources to support the Service to promote high quality administrative performance and customer service.
Please note, this is a Fixed Term Contract until 30th April 2026 to cover Maternity Leave. Working hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.
To be a successful in this role you will:
* have demonstrable experience of leading and influencing a team to deliver an effective service in a results driven environment
* have a successful track record of delivering training to groups and individuals
* have experience of working in an office environment
* have strong and demonstrable people management skills
* be able to get on with and communicate effectively to a wide range of people
* be a good team player, able to work collaboratively with everyone, and build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* able to work under pressure, prioritise a busy workload where you will have competing demands on your time
* have a methodical approach and a good eye for detail
* be confident using IT packages, managing databases and using digital media
* have an understanding of workplace health & safety issues
* be able to offer some flexibility with working hours and location from time to time
* have evidence of continuous professional development
