Primary Responsibilities Manage and guide all aspects of wills and probate cases from instruction to completion. Deliver expert legal advice on matters involving wills, estate planning, and probate processes. Lead and support a team of solicitors and legal assistants, fostering a high standard of practice. Establish and sustain robust relationships with clients and other legal professionals. Draft, review, and interpret wills, trusts, and related legal documents. Ensure compliance with the latest legal standards and company protocols. Address and resolve intricate legal challenges concerning estate management. Qualifications Qualified solicitor with an established background in wills, trusts, and probate law. Minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in wills and probate practice. Demonstrated leadership ability with prior team management experience. Exceptional communication and client management skills. Competence in managing a comprehensive caseload with attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Desirable Skills Experience in estate administration and legacy planning.
