Established in 1994, Dunster House Ltd is a growing family run, international business currently employing over 450 people across our 11 UK sites. With over 30 years experience of designing, manufacturing, and retailing garden lifestyle products we are proud to be garden building specialists and distribute our products on our own fleet of vehicles to our customers. The successful candidate will be dealing with after delivery queries from our customers. All handled in writing to ensure that information is correct. This job is based out of our Bedford Headquarters MK41 0LF. Job includes: Being confident in working alone as well as working as a team Gathering information from customers regarding their queries and offer a professional response Dealing with all after delivery queries with customers, ensuring professional and timely responses are provided via email Liaise with the Design team and Factory Liaison Managers Preparing forms for replacement parts Investigation queries with all departments Organising transfers and deliveries with relevant departments Requirements: Right to work in the UK Excellent written communication skills.
