Become a Client Success Champion: Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, fostering trust and long-term partnerships. Data-Driven Approach: Track key metrics, analyze customer health scores, and generate valuable insights for continuous improvement. Collaboration is Key: Partner with sales and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution on client contracts. About You: Customer Success Rockstar: You have a proven track record of building strong relationships and exceeding client expectations. Industry Savvy: You possess a deep understanding of the electro-intensive industry and its challenges. Tech-Proficient: You're comfortable navigating CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and other relevant software. Analytical Edge: You have a keen eye for detail and a knack for translating data into actionable insights. Communication Champion: You excel at both written and verbal communication, clearly conveying complex ideas to diverse audiences. Education: Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred). Project and Commercial Management experience a plus.
