Credit Controller Location: Head Office, Norwich Overview: An excellent opportunity for either an experienced Credit Controller or someone with strong transferable skills seeking to build a career in finance. You will manage customer accounts, ensuring timely payments and supporting wider credit control functions. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and manage customer accounts within agreed credit terms. Maintain sales ledger records, process payments, invoices, and credit notes. Chase outstanding debts and resolve invoice queries. Set up and review customer accounts and conduct credit checks. Produce customer statements, credit reports, and maintain credit insurance records. Liaise with internal teams and customers to maintain accurate account information. Support legal proceedings related to credit control where necessary. Candidate Profile: Some finance, administration, or customer service experience, or proven credit control experience. Confident communicator, organised, detail-oriented, and proactive. Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word); Kerridge and Sage experience advantageous. Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong numerical, technical, and problem-solving skills. Full UK driving licence desirable.
