We are looking for an Area Sales Manager to effectively coach and develop a sales team. About the role The role involves coaching team member to develop their sales skills and sales results. On a day-to-day basis this is what you would be doing: Plan for target sales in your area Maintain communication and support with current accounts Identify and make contact with new accounts Provide on-the-job coaching for team members to develop their skills Fulfil administration duties relating to customer orders We are looking for someone with strong core leadership behaviours who can lead, develop and motivate their team.
