We work closely with a fantastic special school that are looking for a new LSA to join the team in a long-term capacity supporting a KS2 class. The school look after a wide range of complex special needs & disabilities.
The school are incredibly supportive, going above and beyond in supporting new staff in their development.
The role
This is an incredibly lovely class to be a part of. The needs of students are complex but that makes the work that bit more rewarding! There are 6 students in the class where you will be working alongside 2 other TA's with the class teacher.
You must be confident in working with complex SEND, ideally within a school setting but they are open to applications from support workers looking to try out SEN work.
