This is an opportunity for a Sustainability Consultant to become part of an industry and market leading organisation offering accredited sustainability and compliance services within the Built Environment.
The Sustainability Consultant must have the following:
1. Detailed working knowledge of the current Building Regulations Part L
2. Experience within overheating (Part O and TM59\TM52).
3. Proficiency in IES
4. At least 2 of experience in a similar sustainability role (although applications from exceptional candidates with less experience will also be considered).
What will be expected within this Sustainability Consultancy role?
5. Lead sustainability goals for new and existing non-domestic buildings
6. Producing energy assessments, summer overheating consultancy and general carbon reduction and sustainability reporting.
7. Assisting clients with achieving zero carbon/general ESG objectives
8. Delivering necessary level of billable work on a monthly basis
9. Assisting clients’ understanding of the regulatory understanding of AD Part L, Part F and Part O
