DIVISIONAL OVERVIEW
The Corporate Planning & Management (CPM) Division unifies various teams to deliver business planning and analytics, expense management, third party risk management, and governance strategies across the firm.
ROLE OVERVIEW
This role sits within the Spend Management pillar and will focus on strategic sourcing activity within the Technology – Infrastructure spend category.
The role requires collaboration with different functions across the firm, an ability to work independently, and the ability to interact with senior professionals. It entails in-depth analysis and reporting for senior management, requiring diligence and a commercial mindset.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
* Understanding assigned areas of IT technology, platforms and key OEM products and suppliers.
* Engaging in cost analysis and market benchmarking to influence strategy, manage risks of supply and commercial terms.
* Delivering commercial excellence through financial analytics and risk management.
* Liaising with legal teams to draft and negotiate contract terms.
* Tracking and reporting on executed contracts including spend trends.
* Liaising across business and vendor stakeholders to identify opportunities.
* Engaging with Risk Partners to review control requirements.
* Supporting the Firm’s Vendor Diversity Program and sustainability goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:
* Relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
* 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in strategic sourcing and procurement best practices.
* Experience in enterprise level Technology infrastructure sourcing preferred.
* Relationship management skills for effective internal stakeholder partnering.
* Project management skills to deliver projects in a timely manner.
* Experience of Sourcing procure to pay tools (e.g., Oracle, SAP Ariba).
* Proficient with Microsoft Office software.
