Purpose of the Role
Assist the Financial Accountant by managing banking and payroll processes, supporting balance sheet reconciliations, and investigating anomalies across all business levels.
Responsibilities
* Reconcile all bank accounts and payroll to ensure accuracy and current records
* Conduct regular balance sheet reconciliations
* Investigate and resolve un-reconciled transactions promptly
* Handle AR card and cash receipts; manage all bank and card transactions
* Execute monthly supplier payment runs and assist with reconciliations
* Process petty cash journals for North-East sites
* Respond to queries efficiently and timely
* Produce and review unallocated cash reports monthly
