We are currently looking for an experienced Repairs Coordinator to join a housing association.
Position: Repairs Coordinator
Location: Birmingham
Rate: £17 - £18 per hour
Duration: 3 month contract
Working Hours: Full time / Agile working
As a Repairs Coordinator you will:
1. Be the first point of contact for tenants
2. Identify repairs and issue them to subcontractors
3. Input invoices into systems
We are looking for experience in:
1. Social housing
2. Communicating clearly over email and telephone
3. General administrative duties
