Join our Client, a successful manufacturing business in Leeds! As the business continues to grow, they are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service candidate to contribute to their success.
The role will be based in the office in Leeds Centre but will offer a hybrid option once the training is completed.
Main duties as a Customer Service Administrator will include:
1. Processing customer orders on the CRM system
2. Updating customer documents
3. Tracking deliveries and logging them efficiently on a booking in system
4. Speaking with customers daily to update
5. Checking pricing for products and updating new costings on quotes
6. Dealing with any complaints and queries
The role will be starting ASAP.
