This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated IT Support Engineer in one of Cumbria's leading managed service providers. This company strives to deliver high-quality support for local businesses and offers personalized progression plans for each employee.
In this role, you will work from the Carlisle office, starting on the helpdesk to become familiar with clients and customers, eventually moving up to more complex issues with occasional travel via company vans to various locations.
THE ROLE:
1. Support local clients with their on-prem and cloud networks.
2. Travel when needed using company vans.
3. Assist with training of new staff and customers.
THE PERSON:
1. IT Support Engineer with a wide breadth of experience.
2. Keen to work in a fast-paced MSP with progression available.
3. Local to Carlisle with a clean driving license.
