They are currently expanding their commercial team in Scotland and are seeking an experienced Sub Agent to join their team for projects in the west of Scotland. Responsibilities
Provide engineering expertise
Interpret drawings and specifications
Supervise and mentor on-site teams
Ensure all staff are trained and competent
Maintain accurate records of work
Uphold high performance standards for safety, environment, and quality
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications: Degree, HND, or HNC in Engineering (or equivalent)
Certifications: DOMS, SMSTS, Temporary Works Coordinator, and First Aid are essential
Experience: Proven experience as a Sub Agent in the civil engineering sector, ideally with a focus on water projects
Background: Previous experience working with a main contractor in civil engineering
Competencies: Strong communication and leadership skills
Licence: Full UK driving licence
