Job Description
Within this role, you will provide commercial support across the Capital Expenditure programme for Frasers Group across all facia’s and project types. Responsibilities include:
* Supporting the production of feasibility estimates and providing commercial assistance at initial concept design to aid development appraisals for UK & EU new store and refit programmes.
* Undertaking global reporting of monthly cost reports and cash flows.
* Maintaining and refining commercial and contractual documentation.
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders and the Cost Management team to manage the cost model as requirements evolve.
* Working with external QS teams on multiple projects, with prior QS experience essential.
* Experience in retail refits and new store development, especially within the EU, is advantageous.
* Negotiating and presenting to internal stakeholders and managing multi-million pound projects in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
* A Degree in Quantity Surveying with 3-5 years of Cost Management experience.
