Notts Healthcare Trust is on the hunt for a full-time Recruitment Administrator to join our vibrant Recruitment Team. Based in Duncan MacMillan House, Mapperley. This role is 37.5 hours and offers a flexible work-life balance with a mix of remote working (once a training programme has been completed) and in-office work.
The Recruitment Team is part of the People & Culture Directorate and we link closely with colleagues in the Payroll Team, ESR Team, Temporary Staffing Team and Employee Relations.

Please note that this post does not meet the pay level required for a Skilled worker visa. Successful applicants with no prior NHS experience would normally be placed at the bottom of the band in line with Agenda for Change. This salary falls below the required salary range.
We are looking for someone who can pick up new IT systems quickly and work in a busy environment where everyone works together. We are looking for a team player who:

* Has excellent communication skills & a customer-focused approach.
You will be required to provide varied administration support such as:
* Preparing and issuing standard reference requests using the ESR system.
* Recording recruitment information on Trac Recruitment system.
* Dealing with post & payroll paperwork.
* Producing Honorary Contracts.
* Managing & maintaining filing systems.
* Recording & producing ID badges.
* Responding to general telephone & email enquiries.
