An illustrative job plan is included in the attached job description (this may vary depending on the needs of the unit and the experience of the post holder). The final job plan will be agreed at appointment and may vary as the needs of the unit change and will be subject to annual review. The job-plan will be consistent with locally agreed Trust Job-Plan Guidelines and similar to those of consultant colleagues with regard to annual leave, study leave and on-call responsibilities etc. Prior to completion of the initial job planning process all new appointments will be based on a 10 PA activity plan fitting in to the current work structure and expectations or part-time equivalent.
