Description
We are looking for two Quality Technicians to work as part of the QMS team based within the Quality department. The roles are to ensure the QMS operates correctly and efficiently including maintaining, monitoring, reporting and improving the Quality Management System along with any other tasks requested by the Quality Management team.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the QMS section engineers, the QMS Technicians activities will include:
1. Conduct Internal Product and Process audits - prepared, audited and reported to schedule.
2. Support Internal system audits.
3. NC corrective actions resulting from QMS audits (System, Process, Product) are progressed, monitored and closed.
4. CAPA (corrective action and preventive action) administration, progressed, monitored and closed.
5. Administration of DMS (Document Management system such as SharePoint/EPF/BPM).
6. QMS KPI and Cost of Quality Data analysis and reporting.
7. Other activities aligned to Quality Systems Management and reporting.
Experience and Qualifications Required
1. Minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
2. Knowledge of International Standards such as ISO9001/IATF16949/VDA.
3. Knowledge of Core Tools (such as APQP/PPAP/FMEA/SPC/MSA).
4. Experience of control of documentation and administration.
5. Experience of conducting or supporting audits preferred (System / Process / Product).
6. Working knowledge of engineering drawings and specifications.
7. Working knowledge of measurement equipment and methods.
8. Experience of data analysis and reporting.
9. Microsoft office (Excel / Word / Visio / PowerPoint etc.) skills.
