Then this could be your perfect role This role will include approximately: 60% handling inbound calls: advising customers/taking bookings/converting enquiries into sales. 20% outbound retention calls: calling existing customers and making bookings. 20% outbound new business calls: researching and calling prospect customers, selling the company offering. This role is very consultative. It would potentially suit someone who has perhaps worked within an insurance or regulated/accredited business, but equally, it is important that we find someone with a warm approach when speaking with customers, with empathy.
