We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Wedding Events Coordinator to join our team and help create magical experiences for our clients.
About the Role:
As a Wedding Events Executive you will be the main point of contact for couples, ensuring their wedding day is flawlessly planned and executed. Your role will involve managing all aspects of wedding events, from initial inquiries to post-event follow-ups, ensuring that every detail aligns with the couple's vision.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary liaison between the venue and wedding clients, providing exceptional customer service.
* Plan, coordinate, and execute weddings, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
* Work closely with couples to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
* Coordinate with vendors, including caterers, florists, photographers, and entertainment providers.
* Manage event timelines, ensuring all logistics run smoothly.
* Oversee wedding rehearsals and provide on-the-day event management.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of wedding trends and industry standards.
* Handle administrative duties such as contracts, invoices, and budget management.
* Resolve any issues or last-minute changes efficiently and professionally.
