Information Technology Portfolio Manager (SAAS) £80,000 to £110,000 plus benefits James Adams is seeking an experienced and motivated Information Technology Portfolio Manager to join a fast-growing company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering SaaS projects, possess strong data analytics skills, and demonstrate experience managing small teams and third-party suppliers. This role is crucial to shaping the technology strategy, overseeing the implementation of key IT projects, and driving innovation that aligns with the company’s strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: Technology Strategy & Implementation: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy in collaboration with the Managing Director and Senior Management Team, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Create and maintain a technology roadmap that integrates current systems while identifying emerging technologies to drive innovation and efficiency. Oversee the continuous optimization of existing platforms, managing change requests with software providers and working towards seamless integration across the business. Leadership & Team Management: Lead and inspire a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Manage the technology budget, ensuring effective resource allocation to meet strategic goals. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align technology initiatives with business needs. Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external technology partners, vendors, and industry experts to ensure the successful delivery of IT projects. Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data analytics to inform key decisions and enhance the delivery of management information across the business. Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance with relevant regulations. Project Management & Execution: Oversee the continuous development of systems, including CRM platforms. Manage the development and launch of customer-facing applications with gamification features to enhance customer experience. Coordinate UAT with the IT Manager and manage third-party software providers to ensure successful project delivery.
