The Role We are looking for an individual to manage and take responsibility for negotiation of current and new wayleaves that the business requires in order to deliver our network expansion. Working as part of a small team, you will manage the negotiation of an agreement, where a landowner instructs a solicitor (or land agent), to efficiently complete the wayleave process. You will work closely with our expanding Rural Planning team, providing support and guidance to the Rural Planners where necessary in relation to wayleave agreements and answering Rural Planner queries on a variety of land access issues. There may be the opportunity to get involved in other aspects of the legal department, depending on experience. This position is available as full time or can be done part time with a minimum of 20 hours per week.
