Role: Experienced Administrator

About the Role:
Neo Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and experiened Administrator to join our client's dynamic team. As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high communication standards and ensuring the efficient transfer of information, contributing to the company's ongoing growth and success. You will work within the admin/finance team, reporting directly to the Executive Secretary, and be instrumental in fostering excellence, enhancing service levels, and building strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Admin. Inbox Management: Handle incoming queries and emails, directing them to the appropriate team members as needded
.- Answering calls and taking messges.
- Invoice Processing: Enter invoices into Xero, print statements, and save remittances in the designated folder.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
- IT Support: Coordinate with the outsourced IT company for necessary IT support.
- General Administration: Provide administrative support to Directors as required.
Experience, Education & Qualifications:
Essential:
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role, with a track record of driving excellent service levels and building relationships.
