3Search are working with a global well established, health, wellness and beauty brand looking to expand their team with an ambitious Amazon Marketplace Manager.
* Salary: £40-45k + Bonus
* Location: Leeds
* Working Model: Hybrid - 2 days in office and 3 days from home rotating weekly.
* 12 Month Maternity Cover contract.

The Amazon Marketplace Manager will:
* Lead and implement marketplace strategy for the UK business, working closely with senior leadership.
* Manage the daily operations and development of third-party online channels, including Amazon 1P and 3P.
* Optimise Amazon advertising strategies in collaboration with agencies to maximise ROI.
* Create and enhance product listings to boost visibility and conversion rates.
* Oversee review generation programmes to enhance customer engagement and trust.
* Work with the Global Amazon Marketing team on asset creation for listings, A+ content, and brand page updates.
* Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities.
* Provide sales reporting and insights to key stakeholders.
* Develop strategies to optimise sales, reduce costs, and enhance product performance through PPC, pricing, and promotional initiatives.
* Partner with supply chain teams to ensure product availability, quality, and compliance.
Essential Skills:
* 4+ years of experience managing Amazon platforms (both 1P and 3P preferred).
* Expertise in marketplace advertising, SEO, and data-driven e-commerce strategy.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive business decisions.
* Excellent communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively.
* Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and stock control.
