Position: Vehicle Technician Trainer Location: Ealing Hours: Full-Time, 37 hours per week Salary: £45,000 Are you a qualified Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance professional looking to transition from a hands-on role to a Trainer position, where you can inspire and guide apprentices to achieve their full potential? Key Responsibilities- Plan, organise, and deliver engaging practical and theoretical training sessions for learners. Ensure accurate record-keeping to facilitate programme efficiency and achievement of apprenticeship standards. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to apprentices to encourage course completion.Requirements: Qualified to IMI/NVQ level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair/Teaching qualification Strong organisational and communication skills.
