Our client is seeking a Conveyancer, this role can be Full Time or Part Time.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing the full life cycle of residential property transactions, from file opening through to post-completion.
Ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) protocols.
Conducting meetings with clients to provide guidance and updates.
Accurately maintaining time records and managing billing processes.
Liaising with all parties involved in the conveyancing process to ensure smooth progress.
Taking on additional duties as required.
Contributing to business development efforts to expand the department.What they are looking for:
Experience in dealing with matters on behalf of individual clients on a wide range of matters
Experience in Residential Conveyancing
Able to work autonomously on complex legal matters
Enthusiasm to engage in networking and business development
Clear demonstrable ability and keenness to build and maintain client and referrer relationships
Self-motivated team player
Ambition to progress
