The Grand Hotel, Brighton is an iconic hotel in a unique city. After celebrating the hotel's 160th anniversary and completing a 16.2 million pound refurbishment in 2024, we're not stopping there! 2025 will see our continued commitment to excellence in hospitality.
Responsibilities:
1. Greet and assist guests at the spa.
2. Manage appointments and bookings efficiently.
3. Handle customer inquiries and provide information about spa services.
4. Ensure the reception area is clean and organized.
5. Process payments and maintain accurate records.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a reception or customer service role.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong organizational skills.
