Head of Admissions
Job Summary: To oversee and manage the full admissions process, ensuring it aligns with the school's mission, values, and enrolment goals.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategies to attract prospective students
* Manage the application process
* Oversee marketing collaborations
* Act as the primary ambassador during admissions events, conferences, and feeder engagements
* Maintain a deep understanding of internal and external policies, recruitment priorities, and facilitate smooth transitions for new pupils
Requirements:
* Educated to degree level ideally in marketing, sales, or business
* Proven experience in a senior admissions role, preferably within an education setting
* Organising and leading admissions events, induction programmes, and open evenings to ensure the school attracts and enrols pupils who will contribute positively to the community and thrive academically and socially
