The role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated graduate to provide quality support to the Quality Systems, Operational Quality and Technical Quality teams as required. You will be able to think strategically and have excellent analytical skills. You’ll be eager to solve problems and challenges, and think critically. You will be proactive and can take on tasks independently, applying good time management and prioritising skills. You will need to be able to be flexible and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. What you’ll be involved in: Acting as a support member of the Business Intelligence (BI) project team from a Quality perspective Receiving and engaging in training across the QA department Supporting each of the QA workstreams as part of a training and development plan Maintaining and improving the “Pharmaceutical Quality System” Driving continuous improvement and supporting business and departmental requirements Supporting the creation of global quality policies and procedures in line with regulations in our markets Supporting the creation of Quality Technical Agreements Supporting internal and external audits Supporting the execution of the long-range plan of the function Participating in maintaining and communicating Quality KPIs and productivity metrics Participating in the Quality oversight of Change Controls, Deviations, CAPAs, Complaints, Risk Management, Root Cause Analysis Collaborating with all departments and communicate/escalate issues in a timely manner Reviewing pharmaceutical product batches for documentation release by Responsible Person (RP) or certification by Qualified Person (QP) Providing technical knowledge as and when required to support product-related deviations The department has an ethos of continuous improvement, refining systems and creating efficiencies. About you: On track to achieve a minimum 2.1 degree in pharmaceutical science Experience in a pharmaceutical quality environment is a plus, but not essential Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practice, Standard Operating Procedures, EU GMDP guidelines, regulations and ICH Guidelines is desirable Excellent standard of written and verbal communication in business English Strong aptitude for technology and highly proficient in the use of MS Office, including intermediate to advanced level Excel Ability to relate to stakeholders at all levels and from different cultural backgrounds First class numerical and analytical skills Project management skills Proactive approach to problem solving and critical thinking Strategic thinking and data analysis skills Detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously Ability to maintain resilience, learn quickly and navigate ambiguity Collaborative, team-player attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges Eagerness to learn and develop new skills What we offer: We offer a competitive salary and rewards package including holiday, health & well-being program, employee recognition awards, social events, pension scheme and hybrid working.
