What profile would thrive in this position?
* We are interested in speaking to people Sales Directors with Flow Control experience (Pumps, Valves, Actuators) who have experience selling into Utility Gas, Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Hydrogen, building water management or general Industrial sectors.
* In particular, we are keen to speak to anyone who is experienced selling highly specialised and/or disruptive, new technology to market. This person will be confident with pure sales to new customers rather than after sales
* Someone who has demonstrated experience leading a team remotely would have an advantage, as it is crucial for the person in this position to motivate, energise and incentivise the team to implement the growth strategy that they create
* You will be expected to strategically develop a plan for growth and expansion into targeted new markets with the objective to significantly improve year-on-year growth
